How it works
Healing at the intersection of mind, body, & culture
Healing is a process, not a protocol. Here’s how we work together.

Individual Counselling
One-on-one sessions grounded in psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and your story. We go at your pace, with your whole self welcome – cultural background, spiritual practice, and all.

Group Counselling
Healing in community. Sangat, the company you keep, is foundational to growth. Group offerings bring peoples together around shared experiences, held in a safe and intentional space.

Virtual Counselling
Available online across Canada. Secure, accessible, and just as personal as being in the room. Wherever you are, the work is real.

Meditative Movement
An integrative practice combining breathwork, yogic traditions, and mindful movement – designed to reconnect you to your body and your own inner knowing.

The Journal – Svadyaya in practice. How to use reflective writing to process emotions, uncover patters, and build self-awareness that lasts.
Sangat – the company you keep. How your environment, whether digital, social, or cultural, shapes your nervous system, your habits, and your growth.
Rest & Recovery – sleep, nutrition, and the often-overlooked foundations of mental wellness. What the body needs to heal.
